The Division of Managed Care provides overall direction, coordination, and provision of managed care services for the Department of Health Services (DHS). The Division of Managed Care ensures DHS adheres to all applicable managed care and regulatory requirements and supports DHS and Community Partner providers in managing the care of patients. The Division of Managed Care oversees the management and operations of the Community Health Plan (CHP) as it transitions from a health plan to a DHS and Community Partner focused managed services organization. The Division of Managed Care is responsible for the following programs:
